By signing up and actively using the
wellpaidemails.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
wellpaidemails.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members
will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to
their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with
wellpaidemails.com . If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to
terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the
wellpaidemails.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement
on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone we feel is not acceptable to this program.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our
program is open to both US and International English speaking members
and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You must log in or be active every 20 days or you will be deleted, possibly without notice. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PAID TO T READ SITE, NOT A PAID TO CLICK BANNERS SITE, IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE CLICKING PTC'S ONLY YOU WILL BE DELETED!!
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up
process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple
times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared
with another individual that has an existing

You will use your email address / password combination to access your
account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential,
you may change this information by logging into your account and following
the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, invalid or bouncing emails,

or any language besides English, will result in automatic termination
of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses

Relationship of the Parties:
You and
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement
creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative
or employment relationship between you and
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make
or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site
or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are
solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money
earned while using the program.
Anyone found to be trashing, bashing or otherwise against the site will be deleted and all earnings and downlines will be lost. We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone we feel is not acceptable to this program
Limitation of Liability:
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business
opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of, or related to, this Agreement or
wellpaidemails.com program, even if
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Furthermore,
wellpaidemails.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount
of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The terms and conditions may change at any time without prior notice. It is the responsiblility of the member to visit these terms every 30 to 60 days to check for changes. The program percentages, incentives, or payout level may change at the discretion of the program owner. The provisions
of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser
websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website
provided by
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the
wellpaidemails.com program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected
by
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com.
Members will be paid via PayPal/Redemptions
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum
payout rate set by
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request
payment, by contacting us through the contact page. Accounts will be verified and put into payout que. Payments will be made within 90 days or a reasonable time after.
If a link or ad is sent for the wrong amount, you understand it will be rolled back to the proper amounts.
ALL ADVERTISING MUST BE IN ENGLISH!! NO REDIRECTING ALLOWED!!
Activity:
You must be logging into your account and you must be active in reading mails and clicking ads every 15 days or your account will be deleted and all earnings and downlines lost. This is not reversible.
Vacations may not be set for longer than 30 days without prior approval. You must resume activity within 5 days of the end of a vacation period.
New members must be active witin 5 days of sign-up
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership
with
wellpaidemails.com and may result in legal prosecution.
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a
federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account
terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings,
but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with
any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups
shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing
up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
wellpaidemails.com WellPaidEmails.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received
from multiple sign-ups.
